Returns and Refund Policy
Introduction
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. To enable you to return products to us, in appropriate circumstances, we have created a 14-day Returns Policy.

Returns
You can return any item purchased on Farzaneh H. Christensen within 14 days of the delivery date. Our returns policy requires that:
- we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;
- the returned product is unused, in its original packaging and with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
- Your return is accompanied by a completed returns form, one of which is included with every order we dispatch.
- you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
- none of the exclusions set out below apply.
- Customers are required to cover any costs associated with returning item/s to us.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted as a return
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery may not be accepted as a return
Exclusions
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
- any product made to your specification;
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your account will be credited with a spending amount equal to your returned purchase, within seven days. We are unable to give a cash refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, kindly mail your product by recorded delivery to:
Farzaneh Ltd. 41B, Colville Gardens, Notting Hill Gate London GB W11 2BA
The cost of return shall be borne by the customer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
