REPAIRS POLICY & PROCEDURE
We understand that things happen and clothes get damaged but we want you to keep your favourite piece of clothing for many years to come. As such, we offer a free repairs service. This service applies to any Farzaneh H. Christensen product no matter how old. Feel free to pop into the Studio and meet the team.
- Depending on the garment and the damage, repairs can take up to 4 weeks after receiving the item.
- The shipping fee to and back to the customer will be borne by the customer.
- Before sending the garment to us please enquire about the damage to our below address.
For all customers: enquiries must be sent to email@example.com with an image attached to the fault. A member of the team will assess the repair and get back in touch with the next steps.
